Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has revealed that Netherlands right-back Denzel Dumfries has a muscular injury but believes it is not a serious issue.

Dumfries had been struggling with an injury at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo, leading Inzaghi to make the decision to sub him in the second half in the 66th minute, with Yann Bisek coming on in his place. After leaving the pitch, Dumfries received first aid by applying ice packs to his legs.

“Dumfries has a muscular problem, a little tightness in หากคุณสนใจเล่นพนันออนไลน์ที่ดีที่สุด สามารถสมัครสมาชิก UFABET ได้ที่นี่ พร้อมรับโปรโมชั่นพิเศษสำหรับสมาชิกใหม่ the flexor muscle. He didn’t look too bad because he told me to wait, not knowing I had already taken him off,” Inzaghi said.

Dumfries was name in Ronald Koeman’s 24-man Netherlands squad last week for their Nations League quarter-final against Spain on March 20 and 23, and it is unclear whether the Inter right-back will withdraw.

Inter have had a fair few injuries to contend with at wing-back in recent weeks, as Dumfries’s counterpart on the left flank, Federico Dimarco, has also been out of action through inrjuy, and will also not be involve in the upcoming March international break.

January recruit Nicola Zalewski and experienced right wing-back option Matteo Darmian remain out as well, and Carlos Augusto has only just returned.
